What can I return?

Damaged products, defective products, and incorrectly supplied product

You must notify us within 14 days of dispatch of the items. We will replace the product with another copy of the same product.

If another copy of the same product is not available, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.

Unwanted purchases.

All goods purchased on this website are custom manufactured after we received your order.  If you made a purchase and for some reason no longer want it, it cannot be returned under the customer protection law in most countries.

Please talk to us if you made a purchase, and due to an unforeseen event no longer want the purchase.  Although we are not forced to take it back, we will listen to your request. We will search for a solution that suites all parties involved.

Digital Content

  • No returns or refunds on digital content
    • As several variables can render digital content (including ebooks, .pdf and .epub files, audiobooks and .mp3 files) and the download links that serve such content (including .acsm files) problematic or defective; and given that it is not possible to return digital content or links for inspection; and therefore it is not possible to prove the existence or cause of any defect; alleged defects in digital content shall be treated as follows:
      • If you feel your digital content is defective in some way (missing pages, incorrect, etc.), you must report the problem via email (info@studioraymond.art) within 14 days of purchase.
      • StudioRaymond will attempt to render assistance in good faith, including liaising with the relevant service providers. However, no refunds shall be issued unless StudioRaymond determines that a refund would be appropriate.
      • In particular, it is unlikely that StudioRaymond will deem a refund appropriate if you have already downloaded the digital content. Consequently, if you believe an error has been made in your purchase, please report the problem to StudioRaymond without clicking any links to download the digital content.
    • Digital content is further subject to StudioRaymond’s terms and conditions.

How to return an item

StudioRaymond uses Printful as fulfilment partner. You will receive instructions in your parcel on how to return it to your nearest Printful centre.

Cancellation of orders

Once a transaction has been completed you will not be able to cancel your order.

Shipping note

We use Printful to fulfil our orders and we sell and ship worldwide. Your parcel will be shipped from either the USA or Latvia, depending on your location.

You can calculate shipping in your shopping cart.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
